It’s not about how many workshops we’ve led, but the terrains we’ve crossed — the real experiments where honesty, courage, and creation met. As pioneers of modern feeling work, we’ve gone to the edges of today’s transformation methods and brought back tools for collaboration and clarity. 1. One-Day – Holding Space for Feelings
A 3-hour introduction workshop that brings the foundation of emotional intelligence into your workplace. Teams learn to navigate anger, fear, sadness, and joy consciously — turning emotions into tools for clear action and collaboration. We introduce the 4 Feelings Map and explore how emotions can support rather than block communication. Through short activities and practical discussions, participants learn how to recognize emotions early and channel them into clarity and movement. This session is perfect for any team beginning its journey toward a conscious, connected workplace culture.

2. Team Dynamics Lab
A 3-week process with one meeting per week, designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, and boundaries. Teams go deeper into communication and practice feeling-based leadership. Each session focuses on a key element: Week 1 – Boundaries and Clarity Week 2 – Communication and Feedback Week 3 – Leadership and Responsibility Participants develop tools to manage tension, stay connected in conflict, and support healthy dialogue. This lab gives teams a solid framework for ongoing collaboration beyond the meetings themselves.

3. Ongoing Company Support Program
A 3-month journey where we accompany your company through regular meetings, online coaching, and team-leader support. Includes bi-weekly group sessions, leadership check-ins, and real-time communication via Zoom or a shared platform such as Telegram. This format allows us to stay close to your team, support integration of new tools, and respond to live challenges as they arise. It’s a hands-on partnership that keeps the new culture growing inside your organization.

4. Spaceholder Training for Leaders
A 6-session program that trains leaders and HR teams to hold emotionally intelligent spaces in their departments. Leaders learn to facilitate conversations that include emotion without losing focus. We provide frameworks for managing energy in meetings, setting tone through presence, and navigating intensity without drama. Each participant practices leading short segments and receives feedback and mentoring. This training builds internal capacity to sustain connection and responsibility across the organization.

5.
Thrive Culture Day
A full-day experience to reconnect your organization through play, presence, and collaboration. We gather your people for a day that combines movement, shared reflection, and creative group experiments. The focus is on celebrating progress, renewing purpose, and strengthening relationships between teams. This day can be held at your workplace or as part of a retreat — leaving everyone re-energized and aligned around a thriving culture.
