How many bodies you have?
6 Bodies
This is not the truth, just a mind-set set to help you navigate your different bodies !
THE SIX BODIES
Before we go anywhere deeper in Connect, we begin here — with the Six Bodies.
This distinction is not a belief system, not a “truth,” not something to adopt or worship.
It is a way of thinking.
A piece of Archi-tex you can use to understand yourself, your experience, and the world with more clarity and possibility.
Most people know only two bodies — “mind and body.”
Some traditions offer four bodies.
Some, like Osho, map seven or more.
Here in Connect, we work with six — because these six are usable. They give you leverage. They give you access. They give you a practical way to work with your life, your space, and your evolution.
Each body has its own food, its own pain, its own gains, and its own ecstasies.
And each body is its own dimension. When you start seeing them, things begin to make sense that never made sense before.
Let’s open them one by one.

Physical body
This is the body you already know — the one that eats, moves, sweats, aches, heals, gets tired, gets stronger.
It has food: sleep, water, nutrients, movement.
It has pain: injuries, tension, sickness.
And it has ecstasies: the rush after a run, the softness after a good stretch, the pleasure of vitality waking up.
We use the physical body as the metaphor for understanding all the other bodies:
each one has structure, each one has sensations, each one has signals you can learn to read.

INTELLECTUAL BODY
At some point in childhood you notice: I’m thinking.
And the moment you notice you’re thinking, you can start to use your intellectual body rather than being used by it.
This body includes:
your distinctions
your imagination
your projections into the future
your reflections on the past
the way you gather information
the structure of your thoughts
It is far more than “stop thinking / no mind.” Thinking is one of your greatest tools beyond survival.
When you use the intellectual body consciously — to organize impressions, to create distinctions, to build an inner architecture — your Archi-tex.
This entire work stands on this body being awake and thinking.
Don't let anyone sell on you stop using this body!

ENERGETIC BODY
Your energetic body surrounds your physical body, like a glove around it.
Most people discover it accidentally — in yoga, dance, breathwork — when suddenly they feel their energy field widen, open, or come into balance.
Your energetic body shows up when:
you sense someone stepping toward you
you feel your field expand after practice
you notice how nature resets you
even your plate of food becomes part of your energetic space.
The energetic body is trainable and it is central for centering.
Most spiritual systems activate it but don’t use it consciously.
In Connect, you learn to work with it, direct it, shape it, source from it different Energetic tools.
Your energetic body surrounds your physical body, like a glove around it.
For example like the Energetic bubble, you learn about summoning in the Centering process.
But this is only the beginning.
Other advance energetic tools, and noticing energetic bodies in a space can give you superpowers like abilities.

FEELING BODY
(Previously called Emotional Body)
THE FIFTH BODY
The Feeling Body includes four core feelings: Anger, Sadness, Fear, Joy.
Like RGB creates all colors, these four create the full emotional spectrum.
This body includes:
your feelings (here-and-now information)
your emotions (feelings stuck from the past)
your heart connection
your ability to speak from presence
You can spend a lifetime researching this body.
When you reconnect to your Feeling Body, you reclaim clarity, connection, and your ability to navigate life from your heart instead of confusion or numbness.
Connection with the Feeling Body was severely damaged in modern culture — and in many ways ignored or skipped over.
Old cultures had their own reasons to suppress it.
New Age culture often misunderstood it.
The result? People walk around disconnected from one of the most essential bodies they have.
They don't know how to use their feelings, and the feeling body.
More on that and how to use it the book:
The Super Power of Sensitivity

Archetypal Body
THE FIFTH BODY
Then you discover something stranger — a force that moves through you, beyond logic, beyond your plans, beyond your personal story.
This body is where:
callings appear
life missions wake up
synchronicities push you
strange instructions come from “somewhere”
challenges arrive exactly when you take a step
your destiny-line starts pulling you forward

When you live from the archetypal body, life stops being linear and becomes alive.
There are many archetypal domains — and these are entire worlds of their own.
This is a deeper territory for advanced practice.
Archetypal body is like a calling. Like plugging your headphones into the iPod. Than you start hearing the music.

The divine connection body
THE SIXTH BODY
This body is the connection with the beyond — the place where your relationship with the divine, God, the Mystery, whatever you call it, becomes experiential.
Not conceptual.
Not intellectual.
A felt connection.
This is the body that carries you when nothing else can.
The body that pulls you into impossible paths.
The body where your life becomes unrecognizable in the best way — a path you could not imagine as a child.
It is powerful, beautiful, and sometimes heavy.
This is where the big messages come through.
This is where your deeper purpose communicates.
This is where your journey becomes mythic.
The research into this body is just beginning — even inside Connect.
But this body matters. It is essential for sensitive, powerful beings who came to do something in the world to recognize, if not take as a path.
Its the body you relay on when nothing else stands.

Voila ! Connect map for the 6 Bodies.
Remember where you seen it first !
