Being Hooks free, even just for a moment, can be a totalic ecstatic experience in your life that people go to remote ashrams for, take elusive medicine, or pray for relief from the creator for.
You can only become unhookable at the current level that you play. When you reach your next level, you'll have a challenge of a different size, a more complex hook, or one that touches a deeper layer. Also, you will transform, life will transform, and you will have yet another chance to go on the adventure of becoming even more unhookable.

What is means to get hooked ?
Your hooked when you didn't notice one of the hooks land in you, or you noticed but don't know what it is.
I know that I got hooked when :
I became reactive
I didn't notice that I was hooked
I tried to hook other people
I Stopped being present
My ‘Now’ became too big
I just want to run away,
I become adaptive
Hooks are Energetic/ Emotional/ Physical/Intellectual/ or Archetypal stimuli that create a compulsory reaction in you.
Which means something outside of you affects you.
Hooks can come from outside you; for example, the Gremlin hooks are stimuli inside you that are created after someone gave you an "insult" or a "compliment" - "Your hair is too oily," "Did you lose some weight?"
Or from inside of you, like Child Emotions or Box Buttons being pressed, it all happens inside of you, but this distinction helps differentiate which hook it is.
Assuming the purpose behind this question was unconscious when served to you, It had the purpose of hooking you.
You got hooked by that hook because you were reactive to it, answered automatic responses coming from your survival mind,
started explaining yourself, and talked about the subject despite not wanting to. ETc..
These are just some examples, but we all have our own unique ways of getting hooked and hooks that affect us.
We each also have our unique way of sending hooks.

Part of the training is in conversation and part is Playing with improvisation practices in a team, to learn about your hooks.

This is Module 2 of a 1-year SPACE HOLDER TRAINING, with different separate modules. You can join this as a separate module, or still jump on board the full training.
Requirements: You can join if you did a RAGE CLUB or some other form of Anger work training, or if you are comfortable navigating your 4-feeling or did an Expand the Box training.
And if you set your intention of being a space holder, even if not in the form of holding workshops.
