What is happening in this training?

𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 When you experience your Anger in a team practice, and see that it is okay, alive, and even enjoyable, you create a new success experiences around expressing your Anger. We move, make sounds, and speak to each other, through short guided experiments that open a new way of being with your Anger.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 You can shift the old stories you carry about Anger and open new ways of seeing it through practical practices, and experiences. This brings clarity to what Anger is and how to use it in your life, and what it is not. This can help you upgrade your relationships and your path. You can start noticing other people feelings, and distinct what kind of anger are their feelings. These mindsets are introduced as “Maps” once you have a new map of navigating with, new possibilities come into play

𝐀𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 Your team is there for you, and you learn how to work in an adult team where you can rely on each other You are going through a similar journey, and even though hundreds have taken an anger training before you, you are still uniquely one of the few in the world Your team is made of sensitive, wonderful people who are there to listen and share. You can ask from the trainer team also to do Emotional Healing Processes for stuck emotions that raise during the training.

ANGER TRAININGS are Conscious Spaces to explore and rediscover the most important part of your being: your Conscious Feelings!
To gain access to your Emotional Body and have it serve you completely,
to emotionally thrive in your life,
you first need to shift your relationship to your Conscious Anger!
Conscious Anger is the feeling that holds space for the rest of your feelings: Sadness, Joy, and Fear.
It allows you to carve out space to feel, gain clarity, and use your feelings as a superpower.
On the way to enjoying the full power of our feelings,
we carry old stories we accumulated along the way.
At some point, many of us learned that anger is not okay,
not responsible, not serving us, even dangerous, scary, or not allowed…
Each of us carries our own version of that story.
In this training, you get to change the old stories that don’t serve you, about anger and all your feelings.
Not from an intellectual or philosophical perspective,
but as a lived experience.
To discover how feeling anger can be joyful, serving,
and the most responsible thing you can do as an adult.
And heal stuck emotions from the past that are keeping you for going to the next steps of your evolution.

𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦: ⚡ Two kinds of people might join: 1️⃣ Those who feel disconnected from Anger “I don’t feel anger” “I am not an angry person” “I can’t access it” “Every time I’m about to feel angry, I laugh, cry, or get scared” “Oh this is why it’s hard for me to set boundaries?” “Yes I take their energy all the time and it drains me” “I can’t say no..” “What does that have to do with anger?” For them: To get to experience anger consciously for the first time in a held space is a wonderful experience, they feel the benefit of it, as rain struck in the desert, they start re-establishing their connection to their adult anger and grow together empowered by the connection of anger-work with the team 2️⃣ Those who feel Anger easily but experience it as explosive, uncontrollable, or are scared it is violent or damaging They know Anger mostly as an automatic reaction, or a sense of danger, old and familiar While their advantage is clear, they bring movement into the space, showing how effectively Anger can move through the body, displaying their quick clarity Still, distinguishing between different kinds of Anger and seeing how they work in split seconds can be a tremendous life shift
