A 3-month personal coaching journey with weekly sessions to navigate feelings, access clarity, and transform emotional blocks into power. You’ll stay connected between meetings with practices and experiments that anchor the change in daily life. May include an Emotional Healing Process to transform stuck emotions into usable energy for your next step. *We use a sliding scale so the choice is fully yours in how much to invest in your training. No expectations — every amount is welcomed and appreciated.
